Not only did Retal acquire Center Point Real Estate Company it also took over its project “Harmony Business Complex” in the New Administrative Capital.
Saeed Hassan, Chairman of the Board of Retal Developments, stated that the acquisition of Center Point Real Estate Company, one of the companies operating in the Egyptian real estate market, is part of the company’s expansion plan aimed at increasing and diversifying its activities. This deal enhances Retal’s expansion in the Egyptian real estate investment market.
He also explained that the company owns a large land portfolio in the Egyptian real estate market with an investment value exceeding three billion Egyptian pounds. The portfolio includes various residential and touristic projects, including existing projects such as the Retal View Hotel in Ain Sokhna and the Retal View Hotel and Resort in the North Coast. The company also plans to launch several different projects during the second half of this year.
He confirmed that Retal Developments operates according to an expansion strategy aimed at diversifying its project portfolio and expanding its presence in different areas across the Arab Republic of Egypt to meet all the investment requirements of its clients. The company is also planning to enter other markets in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
Furthermore, he announced that the sale of the Harmony Business Complex project, which was acquired using plans and methods that align with the real estate market requirements and Retal’s strategic plan, is currently underway. In the coming weeks, the company will hold an extensive press conference to announce its plans and vision for the Harmony project.
Harmony Business Complex is considered one of the most important commercial and administrative projects in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital. It covers an area of 2,704 square meters in plot number mu2-59, consisting of a ground floor and 10 repeated floors. It overlooks three different corners, allowing each unit to enjoy a unique and open view. The project is scheduled for delivery in September 2026.
