“Infinity Towers” company announced the completion of approximately 70% of its “Infinity Tower” project in the Financial and Business District in the new administrative capital, where the tower has reached a height of 160 meters above ground level.
Dr. Engineer Asaad Salama, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Infinity Towers” real estate development company, stated that the project was designed in collaboration with the global Canadian office NORR Group, which has won numerous international awards. He confirmed that this collaboration has resulted in the production of an exceptional design. The company has obtained registration approval from the U.S. Green Building Council to obtain the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification, making the Infinity Tower project a model to be emulated in sustainable architecture.
Hadi Fathi, the company’s CEO, added that “Infinity Tower” includes a commercial mall with a more than eleven thousand square meters capacity, featuring many brands, restaurants, and banks, all of which offer a unique view of the iconic tower. He confirmed that the “Infinity Tower” project includes several meeting rooms of different capacities and coworking spaces, ensuring efficient use for the project’s stakeholders, owners, and users.
The company clarified that the delivery of the first phase of the “Infinity Tower” project is expected by the end of the current year, with the trial operation of the first phase scheduled for mid-2025. Full operation of the “Infinity Tower” project is also slated to commence at the beginning of 2026. The company has completed installing highly efficient thermal insulation glass facades in the “Infinity Tower” project.
“Infinity Tower” occupies an area of 1,560 square meters per floor without any columns, serving more than 18 high-speed elevators and utilizing modern materials and specifications being used for the first time in Egypt. Additionally, the “Infinity Tower” project includes a ground garage spanning five floors for the first time, accommodating up to 900 cars.
