Concrete Plus, a leading Egyptian construction company, has signed a contract with Emaar Misr, a leading real estate developer in the Middle East, to implement a 600 million Egyptian pound contract at Zayed City. The contract covers the construction of 300 residential units, 100 commercial spaces, and a 5-star hotel.

The new contract is for the construction of a variety of residential units, including villas, in the project. Concrete Plus won the contract after competing with other companies.

The Belle Vie project is located on an area of 500 acres in the new Sheikh Zayed City, and the total investment in the project is 38 billion Egyptian pounds.

Concrete Plus, a leading Egyptian construction company, has signed contracts worth EGP 5 billion with four real estate developers in the past four months. The contracts include:

  • A EGP 1 billion contract with Talaat Mustafa Group to implement works within the Noor project
  • A EGP 700 million contract with Hyde Park Developments
  • A EGP 500 million contract with a Swedish Group company to build a university building in Tenth of Ramadan City
  • A EGP 2.5 billion contract with El Temeir Real Estate to build administrative buildings

Concrete Plus is also competing in a tender to build residential units within the City Gate project in New Cairo City in alliance with Qatari company Al Manah.

The company is targeting EGP 10 billion in contracts in the Egyptian market this year, in addition to expected contracts in foreign markets, according to previous statements by Eng. Tarek Youssef, the company’s CEO.
Concrete Plus’s new contracts include:

  • The construction of a headquarters for Egypt Clearing Company in the New Administrative Capital with investments of EGP 300 million
  • The construction of a building for the Egyptian Postal Service in the New Administrative Capital
  • Infrastructure projects with investments of EGP 770 million within the Suez Canal Economic Zone
  • Infrastructure projects for the Toshka project
  • Farouk Hospital in Damietta Governorate with investments of EGP 1 billion
  • The main control building for the Future City project

Concrete Plus has contracts worth EGP 30 billion between the private sector and government agencies.
The company is targeting EGP 9 billion in work this year, of which 35% will be for the private sector, compared to EGP 6 billion in 2022.
