Lozan Urban Developments has achieved sales of 2.5 billion Egyptian pounds with its project The Rift Business Park, which lies in the eastern side of Cairo, between the gates of Mostakbal City and The New Administrative Capital.
Adel Abd El Moniem, the CEO of Lozan Urban Development mentioned that the company has achieved more than what was expected, with remarkable sales and high demand on the project’s units in all of its previously launched phases, which accordingly proves the trust that customers placed into Lozan Urban Development.
While he also mentioned the company has successfully launched their new project “The Rift” with the collaboration of Rabwa Group in the second quarter of 2023. And the first and the second were launched during the past year due to the high demand for the project that offers a variety of features and amenities that are unique and introduced for the first time in the Egyptian real estate market.
He also added that the target plan is to launch the project in 5 different sales and marketing stages, and the company succeeded during the last period in completing 85% of the first and second stages, with the third stage of the project being launched during the second half of 2024, coinciding with the start of excavation and construction work in the project for delivery to customers. Their units are on schedule, noting that Lozan Urban Development aims to pump approximately one billion pounds into construction during the current year to accelerate the pace of construction.
The Rift is considered to be one of the biggest commercial, administrative, and medical project in New Cairo, located directly on Mohamed Bin Zayed and Ring Road covering 70 thousand square metres in Mostakbal City.
