For the past few years, Cityscape has held the position of being Egypt’s most significant real estate event. Since 2018, it has offered buyers and investors a unique opportunity to discover their desired properties by providing a centralized location to compare the ever-expanding array of options available in the market. The event serves as a platform to showcase the advancements and progress in the real estate sector while also highlighting the consistent demand that exists. From a developer’s perspective, Cityscape acts as a valuable showcase to present their projects, emphasizing the development and providing updates on construction endeavors.
Additionally, Cityscape is supported by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, as it attracts international investors who express a keen interest in the Egyptian real estate market and eagerly seek updates on its progress.
Unveiling the Essence of the Cityscape Event:
Cityscape is an internationally organized annual event that brings together governments from participating countries to collectively showcase the distinct aspects of their respective real estate markets. Whether it’s the opulent lifestyle of Dubai, the burgeoning market in Saudi Arabia, or the vast array of housing options in Egypt, Cityscape provides a platform for these nations to present their exclusive offerings in a unified manner.
Visitors have the opportunity to reserve their preferred units and take advantage of exciting offers from the developers during the event, which takes place annually over the course of several days. This year, the event has added two new concepts and a competition to provide market updates and facilitate discussions. This enables visitors to stay informed and up-to-date with the latest developments in the real estate market.

Cityscape wire:
Although the percentage of women working in the real estate sector is on the rise, men continue to dominate most of the industry. This has resulted in persistent issues with women’s participation as homeowners and investors. To address this imbalance, a session has been organized to motivate and energize Egyptian women to succeed in the real estate sector. Mona Hussein, CEO and founder of Mona Hussein Design Studio, will be the session’s moderator.
Riba design workshop:
To showcase how design and placemaking skills can contribute to the development of sustainable transport solutions for Egypt, the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and Cityscape have organized a brainstorming session. The aim is to encourage future architects to lead discussions about net-zero design and sustainability. In a four-hour session, students from three Egypt-based architecture programs with RIBA accreditation (Alexandria AAST, Cairo AAST, and Smart Village AAST) will propose innovative ideas to address the most pressing issues in developing sustainable transport options. This practical, efficient, and exciting initiative will showcase how designers can help cities and their residents.
