Housing and Development Properties (HDP) has announced proudly their newest project Talda, which is considered to be their first project in New Cairo. The company which is an arm to the Housing and Development bank announced the news on the conference held that witnessed the participation of Hassan Ghanim, the Chairman of Housing and Development bank, Amgad Hassanien, the Chairman for Housing and Development Properties, as well as Hossam Eissa, the CEO for the company.

The attendees expressed their happiness with each mentioning that this is a great opportunity for the company, as Amgad Hassanien who mentioned that the development of Talda in Mostakbal City reflects the success of the company and its strategy of expansion and the development of new projects that serve all with whatever they need, while still maintaining to deliver premium and outstanding features and amenities in the best strategic locations. He also added that the development of Talda would be a great opportunity that should be seized for whoever is interested in investing in the Egyptian real estate market.

While Hossam Eissa expressed that he is very proud and happy with the new project announced by the company, adding that the company is always aiming high in order to be one of the leading real estate developers in the country. Eissa mentioned that Talda is considered to be their first step in New Cairo, Mostakbal City.
