V Developments announced the launch of its second project in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital, under the name “MAS TOWER” with a very new vision – the concept of “SMART BUILDING”
Engineer Islam El Baghdadi, the Chairman of the Board, stated that “V Developments” is one of the leading companies in the real estate developer sector, adopting the concept of “modern architecture,” which was implemented in its first project in the New Administrative Capital and is the basis for its new project.
He pointed out that modern architecture brings major energy, time, and effort savings solutions, implementing the strongest and latest architectural methods in construction. Ahmed Aseela, the company’s General Manager, stated that the “MAS” project is a commercial, administrative, and medical mixed-use project consisting of a ground floor and ten floors in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital. It simulates smart life but in the form of a commercial mall.
