Lekzias is one of the largest multidisciplinary engineering consulting firms with extensive experience, and the project is supervised by the general consultant for Notion, Engineer Moharam Bakhoum.
Mohamed Abdel Fattah, CEO of Town Writers, stated that the “Notion” project covers 25 acres and includes approximately 828 residential units, occupying about 18% of the total project area. Abdel Fattah further added that the project offers innovative and sustainable solutions that achieve a balance between economic, social, and environmental aspects.
