An agreement with Midar to develop a residential project 

TLD-The Land Developers, a leading real estate developer, has signed an agreement with MIDAR for Urban Development and Investment to develop a comprehensive residential project on approximately 20 acres in the strategically located Mostaqbal City in New Cairo. This partnership aligns with TLD’s strategy to expand urban communities and diversify its property portfolio by selecting prime locations and innovative designs to meet clients’ needs and aspirations.

The partnership agreement was signed by Mr. Omar El Tayeb, CEO of TLD-The Land Developers, and Engineer Ayman El Qousy, Managing Director and CEO of MIDAR for Urban Development and Investment.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. El Tayeb said, “We are proud to partner with a leading entity like MIDAR for Urban Development and Investment to implement a comprehensive residential project in Mostaqbal City, New Cairo, due to its strategic location. This is in line with the company’s strategy to create integrated communities to enhance the real estate development sector in Egypt, while taking into account the application of environmental sustainability standards in all our projects, which we are already implementing in our flagship project “Armonia” in the New Administrative Capital and “il Bayou” project in Sahel Hashish.”

He added, “The company’s expansion plan includes investing in integrated projects and communities that contribute to achieving added value through project designs and innovative services, in order to develop the real estate market and uplift the Egyptian economy, and provide customers with a distinguished living experience and a secure investment for the future.”

For his part, Engineer El Qousy expressed his happiness to cooperate with TLD, and his confidence in its ability to implement the new project according to the latest international standards.

El Qousy pointed out that this step comes as a continuation of the series of successes achieved by MIDAR in Mostaqbal City, which is one of the most important and prominent fourth-generation cities in Egypt, and is located in one of the most strategic locations in East Cairo, noting that this cooperation confirms the attractiveness of investment in it.

El Qousy emphasized MIDAR’s keenness to apply the standards of the “Integrated City Developer” in its comprehensive concept, in addition to its continuous keenness to cooperate with real estate developers who have a distinguished track record, to ensure the implementation of integrated and leading communities within Mostaqbal City, which has become a distinguished place on the real estate investment map for investors and developers as well as customers in the Egyptian market.

El Qousy explained that MIDAR contracts with the largest global consulting offices in all specialties to provide projects that meet all the standards of quality of life, especially in light of the integrated vision of MIDAR to apply sustainability concepts within its cities, which contributes to enhancing investment opportunities in these cities, and supports the efforts of the state within the framework of the 2030 plan.

El Qousy said that the entities contributing to MIDAR, namely: Bank Misr, the National Investment Bank, the National Bank of Egypt, and Arab Contractors Company, have great financial capabilities that support the company’s future vision and long-term plans, and emphasized that MIDAR is a successful model for employing investments supported by government entities (shareholders), which is reflected in the company’s success in improving the level of services provided within its cities, where a group of service companies have been established to meet the needs of the residents of MIDAR cities, namely: CTRL Company responsible for facility management, WAYZ transportation and transportation company, and CIRCUIT company for electricity distribution.
