TLD-The Land Developers, a leading Egyptian real estate developer, has joined forces with Prime Properties, a company specializing in investment consultancy including citizenship-by-investment programs. This strategic partnership aims to unlock new avenues for foreign investment in Egypt, attracting international investors to TLD’s projects and solidifying Egypt’s position as a prime investment destination.
Pathway to Egyptian Citizenship
Through this collaboration, Prime Properties will assist foreign investors in leveraging Egypt’s citizenship-by-investment program through real estate. The program grants Egyptian citizenship and a passport to investors who invest $300,000 USD or more in one or more properties within TLD’s developments. This includes projects like “il Bayou” on the Red Sea and “Armonia” in the New Administrative Capital.
Eligibility for Citizenship
- Investment: Minimum investment of $300,000 USD in a TLD property (or properties).
- Property Type: The property can be either completed or under construction.
- Payment: Full payment within one year.
- Property Retention: Investors must hold the property for a minimum of five years.
- Utilization: Investors can rent out or personally reside in the property.
Prime Properties’ Services
Prime Properties will act as the main applicant’s representative throughout the citizenship application process, aiming for completion within a year.

TLD offers luxurious and sustainable residential communities catering to foreign investors, including:
- Armonia: Located in the New Administrative Capital, offering high-end residential units.
- il Bayou: Situated on the Red Sea’s Sahl Hasheesh coast, providing a luxurious beachfront experience.
