Completes the delivery of the first phase of the ‘Armonia’ project and contracts with ‘Contact Consumer Finance
TLD-The Land Developers announced the delivery of the first phase of the “Armonia” project in the New Administrative Capital. The company has also contracted with Contact Consumer Finance.

This allows customers to pay the finishing costs of their units over different periods, with the assurance of the best financing terms.

The cost of the ‘Armonia’ project is 5.5 billion EGP. It covers an area of 42 feddans and offers 1,750 luxury residential units. These units are designed at different angles to provide residents with the necessary privacy. The project’s units are built on 20% of the total project area, with 80% allocated for services and green spaces.
