TG Developments, a leading real estate developer in Egypt, has signed strategic partnership agreements with IDEA GROUP, Hafez Consultant, and A. Plus to develop the Palm Island project in New Cairo City with investments of approximately 3 billion EGP.
Palm Island is a fully-serviced residential compound located in New Cairo City, overlooking the Suez Road and enjoying a direct view of the Iconic Tower, Mostaqbal City, and Madinaty. The project is scheduled to be delivered after three years.
TG DEVELOPMENTS has contracted IDEA GROUP to be responsible for managing and marketing sales for Palm Island project. The successful collaboration in the first project was a key factor in the decision to partner with IDEA GROUP for the second project.
Eng. Ashraf Tahoun, Chairman of TG DEVELOPMENTS, said: “Palm Island is one of our most important projects at the moment. It is a fully-serviced residential compound located in New Cairo City. We are planning to start delivering the project after 3 years.”

Mohamed Hafez, Chairman of Hafez Consultant, will design the project and be the general consultant for the project and the company’s future projects. The collaboration with Hafez Consultant is an excellent addition to the project.
In addition, TG DEVELOPMENTS has signed contracts for managing and maintaining the Palm Capital project in New Cairo City with Eng: Ashraf El-Banna, Chairman of A. Plus. A. Plus will study the project, develop a roadmap, and fully manage the commercial mall.
