The company achieved total sales of nearly 5 billion Egyptian pounds in the Bluetree project
Mostafa Salah, the Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial Sector at Sky Abu Dhabi, stated that the company has achieved total sales of nearly 5 billion Egyptian pounds in the Bluetree project, with 3 billion pounds generated recently. This period witnessed a halt in sales from October 2023 until the beginning of March 2024 due to investors’ concerns about a potential devaluation of the local currency.
In a statement to “Al-Mal,” Salah mentioned that at the beginning of this year, the company aimed to achieve sales of approximately 6 billion Egyptian pounds in Bluetree. In the second quarter alone, 2 billion pounds were completed, and the company will focus on reaching the target by the end of the year.
Sky Abu Dhabi recently announced the commencement of construction works for the Bluetree project in the “Golden Square” area of New Cairo. This is the company’s third project in Egypt and its first in the Fifth Settlement.
Bluetree spans an area of 50 acres, with total investments amounting to 8 billion pounds. It boasts a strategic location near key highways and roads, including the American University, Cairo International Airport, Heliopolis, Al Ahly Club, the Ring Road, and just a few minutes away from the New Administrative Capital.
The project also includes 1,300 diverse residential, commercial, and administrative units, as well as a social sports club, a central park, and a children’s play area. Additionally, it offers smart services that enhance the living and investment experience.
Salah confirmed that Sky Abu Dhabi collaborated with the global company JZMK to create a distinctive architectural design for the Bluetree project. Furthermore, they developed environmentally friendly technological solutions and sustainable solutions. They also contracted with the French consulting and construction engineering company and mobility service provider, Egis Group, to oversee the implementation of Bluetree.
