Urban Edge Development announces that it has completed marketing in the first phase of the “RUBIX” project, with 200 million Egyptian pounds in sales.

Urban Edge Real Estate Development Company announced its success in marketing the first phase of the “RUBIX” project in New Cairo. The company achieved 200 million Egyptian pounds in sales for this phase in a record time since its launch, highlighting the project’s distinctiveness.

Dr. Abdel Aziz El Ganzouri, Chairman of the company, stated that several factors contributed to achieving these strong sales in such a short period. Foremost among these factors is the company’s excellent reputation in the real estate market, offering a unique real estate project in every detail and providing carefully studied payment plans before offering them to customers.

He added that “RUBIX” is a commercial and administrative project located in the best area of New Cairo. The project is situated in the South Academy area, near major routes connecting the project to North Teseen Street, Al-Orouba Axis, and the South Academy neighborhoods, ensuring easy access to the project and connectivity to the surrounding vital areas. The project consists of a ground floor and three upper floors, in addition to two underground levels.

He pointed out that the project was designed based on the concept of flexibility in spaces, offering areas tailored to each client’s needs in the unit they wish to acquire. This ensures that the needs of all targeted clients are met. Solid and successful entities have been contracted within the project; IEC Office is the engineering consultant, and MRB Company is contracted to manage and operate the project. MRB is one of the leading companies in management and operation, and it is known for maintaining a high quality level in the projects it manages.

He explained that the second phase of the project is planned to be launched soon, with the marketing campaign taking into account market changes and aligning with the project’s implementation plan. The project will be launched in three sales phases. The second phase will introduce new spaces with a fresh concept on the ground, first, and second floors, including a hypermarket within the project. The third phase will feature distinctive administrative and medical units.

He noted that Urban Edge Real Estate Development is a strong real estate entity resulting from the merger of several major investors with Crest Real Estate Development, a company with a strong track record. Crest has completed more than 17 diverse projects in New Cairo, 6th of October City, and Sheikh Zayed, as well as 50 various villas in New Cairo.
