Paragon Real Estate Development is launching Egypt’s first specialized real estate accelerator this month, bringing together about 15 startups in construction, real estate, and real estate marketing.
The company is focusing on “PropTech” real estate technology. It plans to launch a business accelerator encompassing various fields and real estate marketing to support and nurture these startups.
Badeer Rizk, Paragon’s CEO, expressed optimism about the real estate market‘s attractiveness in Egypt for further investments and emphasized the importance of offering unique products to attract target customers.
The company also aims to be the first in Egypt to obtain a certification related to Smart buildings by next year. Paragon believes in specialization and collaborates with leading companies worldwide, including Schneider Electric and Civiles.
The company is expanding through its projects in the Egyptian market and internationally, with 80% of its sales outside Egypt.
