Mountain View has announced ALIVA city, the latest project by Mountain View in Future City, New Cairo. The company has unveiled the details of its latest experiences, Club Park and Lagoon Park, which together comprise nearly 3,000 units. This comes shortly after the official launch of the project, highlighting Mountain View’s leading position in the real estate market and the high demand for innovative and contemporary concepts offered by the company, particularly after the launch of the first two experiences in the ALIVA project.

One of the standout features of the new Club Park experience in ALIVA is the implementation of the country club concept, inspired by European clubs and international tennis clubs. This experience is designed to meet the needs of all ALIVA families, regardless of their ages and interests. It offers various sports experiences, including racquet games with tennis as the highlight. On the social side, Club Park stands out with dedicated areas to enhance integration and community interaction.

The second experience launched in ALIVA is Lagoon Park, which allows residents to enjoy all the benefits of a summer vacation and coastal living throughout the year in the heart of New Cairo. It features sandy beaches surrounding the residential units in ALIVA city and offers a wide range of water adventures and sports, such as rowing, water skiing, surfing, water yoga, as well as recreational activities like volleyball and beach tennis academies.

As ALIVA is the first happiness-based interactive city, The Lighthouse takes charge of managing all the experiences offered by the ALIVA project. It is designed and managed to meet the diverse needs of all families in the city, while also striving to develop their personal skills through developmental workshops and social activities.

The four experiences announced so far, including the new Lagoon Park and Club Park, as well as Fields Park and River Park, which were previously launched, aim to enhance community interaction among families.

Fields Park is characterized by its open green spaces filled with recreational and social activities centered around agriculture. The River Park experience, inspired by the canals of Amsterdam, offers a variety of interactive activities. Thanks to these unique experiences and innovative concepts, Mountain View has sold over 3,000 units in the first two experiences, with total sales reaching 32 billion Egyptian pounds.

The launch of these experiences is just the beginning, as ALIVA comprises several diverse life experiences through nine parks that will be designed to meet the needs of over 10,000 families. This aligns with Mountain View’s comprehensive vision of “Building the Earth and Bringing Happiness to Those Around Us.” Spanning over 638 acres, ALIVA represents more than 20% of the total land allocated to developers in Future City. It offers a variety of residential units, including villas, independent units, iVillas, and more, catering to different lifestyles.
