MBG has announced units to be delivered by the end of the year in their New Administrative Project
Dr. Amr Adel, Deputy Chairman and CEO of MBG Real Estate, praised the experience of the general developer in developing new cities, citing the role of the New Administrative Capital Company in providing an advanced smart infrastructure in the capital project, and the availability of integrated services in addition to offering diverse investment opportunities and facilitating the investment climate to accelerate the pace of project implementation.
Adel added, during his participation in the second session of the fourth Al-Ahram Real Estate Conference entitled “The General Developer – The Industrial Developer and Their Role in Supporting Sustainable Development in New Cities”, which was moderated by Engineer Fathallah Fawzi, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Businessmen Association Egyptians and the honorary president of the conference, that MBG has invested huge investments during the past years to accelerate the development of its projects in the capital, according to the highest levels of quality and the latest infrastructure, in line with the implemented in the New Administrative Capital, and we are preparing to deliver the first units to our customers in Pukka project by the end of this year.
Dr. Amr Adel listed the benefits of the general developer experience, the most prominent of which is offering diverse investment opportunities, as the developer is keen to diversify the opportunities available to investors, which gives real estate development companies the choice between a different package of projects, and the ease and speed of contracting and allocation, as dealing with the general developer represents a “one-stop shop” that facilitates real estate development companies contracting to purchase land and quickly allocating it and issuing the necessary licenses.
Adel added that the general developer works to provide the necessary infrastructure to quickly start the contracted project, and not spend additional investments for this purpose, which reduces the cost, and also imposes on the development company to implement the project at the highest level of quality, and joint marketing The general developer works to promote his project inside and outside Egypt, to attract investors as well as buyers, which facilitates the process of marketing our projects to customers, and consequently reflects on the growth of sales volume annually.
Amr Adel drew attention to the role of the general developer in achieving integration between services by providing all services for the city or the project, and thus the customers of real estate development companies benefit from the availability of, for example, schools, universities, hospitals, as well as large shopping centers, which contributes to the rapid development of the project and increasing occupancy rates in record time.
He supported the generalization of the idea of the general developer in new cities after the experience of its application in the New Administrative Capital and the City of the Future has achieved a good level, which contributes to doubling the size of urban development in Egypt. The Deputy Chairman and CEO of MBG confirmed that the expansion of the general developer experience in Egypt will open the opportunity for Egyptian companies to replicate it in neighboring markets, which will reflect on their growth and provide more job opportunities.
