Magicland Al Hokair, owned by the leading tourism and entertainment group Abdulmohsen Al Hokair Holding, has launched the “Tanza” project through a cooperation agreement with the Egyptian Media Production City under the usufruct system.

The “Tanza” project is the largest integrated entertainment project in Egypt, funded with investments of up to 1.1 billion Egyptian pounds, covering an area of 250,000 square meters.

This new launch aims to change the entertainment landscape in Egypt. It is expected that the “Tanza” project, through its unique strategy and plans, will redefine the concept of entertainment in Egypt by adopting an exceptional business model and a comprehensive entertainment agenda, the first of its kind in Egypt and the Middle East.

Adventure Spirit

The project offers real and unique experiences that reflect nature and the spirit of adventure, catering to all age groups and suiting the entire family in one place.

The “Tanza” strategy pays unprecedented attention to supporting the efforts made by the Egyptian government to transform Egypt into a distinguished and attractive tourist destination from all over the world, as it is the first integrated entertainment destination in Egypt, encompassing vast green spaces. “Tanza” brings together seven recreational areas in Egypt for the first time, including the Adventure Zone, Racing Zone, Sports Games Zone, Forest Zone, Cinema and Theater Zone, Kids Zone, and Dolphinarium, in addition to partnerships with major restaurant brands. Each zone offers exceptional entertainment experiences.

The project stands out with its unique collection of recreational zones, achieved through a strategy based on four main pillars that distinguish it from other projects: uniqueness, luxury, growth, and adventure. The project’s design principles prioritize identity, distinction, comfort, safety, sustainable landscapes, and vibrant spaces, aiming to achieve uniqueness in the Egyptian market and excellence through its exceptional business model.

Jaber: A new cornerstone in the tourism and entertainment sector in Egypt and the Middle East, offering diverse experiences suitable for all ages and social groups.

The project follows a defined and studied strategy that carefully considers the needs of the Egyptian market and adds value not only to customers but to the entire sector. TANZAH aims to provide exceptional entertainment experiences that have a positive impact on the lives of individuals, becoming an integral part of their daily lives.

The project’s goal is to redefine the entertainment industry in Egypt, attracting a larger number of tourists and investors from around the world and putting Egypt on the map of global tourism. Behind this goal is a group of the largest specialists in the Middle East, striving to match the precision and standards of the largest integrated entertainment projects globally.

Jaber added, “TANZAH follows a systematic strategy and a comprehensive plan for safety and occupational health in the project, embracing the highest safety standards for its customers. Trainers are present during working hours in case of any accidents.”

In addition to prioritizing the human element in the project, continuous efforts are made to organize training programs to train and strengthen young talents to obtain internationally and locally accredited certificates, enabling them, especially the youth, to enter the tourism market.
