Jadeer Group announced its participation in the Cityscape Egypt exhibition, which will be held from September 25 to 28, 2024, at the Egypt International Exhibition Center.

Engineer Mahmoud Abo El-Khair, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jadeer Group, said that Jadeer Group is keen to expand in the Egyptian market and implement projects that create added value for the sector. The company recently launched the “Garnet” project in New Cairo on 14 feddans in the Northern Investors area, near Northern 90th Street. This project enjoys a very distinctive location, close to the most famous landmarks of New Cairo and next to the most significant projects. It is characterized by providing a distinctive real estate product that meets customers’ needs and aims to create an integrated urban community based on a set of principles on which Jadeer Group relies in building a different commercial brand with the highest quality for the customer.

He added that the company launched the first phase last January, and it was sold within a few hours due to the project’s distinction in terms of location, specifications of the spaces, and designs that reflect old and modern architecture with facades that achieve sustainability, finishing, and living experience, as well as competitive prices that achieve the principle of value for money.

Abo El-Khair explained that Jadeer Group will offer distinctive units with different models and varieties from the project during the Cityscape exhibition, and the spaces will range from 60 to 300 square meters, fully finished, with different payment systems and competitive facilities that suit all targeted customers. During the exhibition, a special offer will be presented, which is a 0% down payment and installment for up to 10 years, and prices start from EGP 4.8 million for fully finished apartments.

He continued that the Garnet project in New Cairo is an integrated urban project that includes residential buildings with a ground floor and 6 floors, in addition to a commercial mall and hotel apartments that have not yet been announced, as well as various services that aim to achieve harmony and the spirit of the community, for which marketing studies have been conducted to meet the needs and aspirations of customers. The construction percentage in the project is 18% of the total land area, which also achieves an ample green space.

Abo El-Khair said that Jadeer Group started the first phase with an average selling price of EGP 60,000 per square meter, while the current price ranges between EGP 85,000 to EGP 90,000 per square meter. The increase in prices is due to the high demand for the project, the distinction of its location, and the trust of customers in the company.

He added that the company has sold the first phase of the Garnet project in New Cairo so far, which are the units that have been offered. Jadeer Group is keen to choose studied timing for the offering, and the final phase will be provided after the completion of construction to make its units available for immediate delivery.

He also mentioned that the project consultant is Momarazz Group, which has executed major projects and operates in three other countries besides Egypt: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.

He explained that Jadeer Group has started the project leveling work and aims to achieve high construction rates in the project during 2025.
