Hyde Park Developments celebrated the opening of its Seashore project in Ras El Hekma City on the North Coast, with a grand concert featuring Egyptian star Ahmed Saad and international star Jason Derulo.
Seashore project is strategically located at kilometer 214 on the Ras El Hekma Road, making it close to main axes and roads leading to Cairo and other North Coast cities. This project is Hyde Park Developments’ first project on the North Coast and comes as part of the company’s strategy to diversify its real estate project portfolio. It is also part of Hyde Park’s efforts to support the state’s plans to develop the northwest North Coast region and provide new job opportunities in the area to ensure sustainable development.
In terms of design, Seashore project is distinguished by its unique architectural design, which adopts a terraced style with a height of 32 meters, providing stunning views of the sea for all residential units, which extends over an area of 550 meters. Some units also overlook the lakes and swimming pools, as the project includes approximately 25 swimming pools of various sizes. The master plan for the project was designed by the global consulting firm EDSA, while the architectural design was carried out by the global firm SB Architects, ensuring high quality and distinctive designs that enhance the project’s attractiveness.
