Forbes magazine has released a list of the most influential real estate leaders in the Middle East for 2024, which includes 100 CEOs of significant real estate development companies in the Middle East including Hisham Talaat Moustafa.
The Forbes list, a testament to the region’s real estate prowess, featured 20 Egyptian CEOs of Egyptian real estate companies. Among them, Hisham Talaat Mostafa, the visionary CEO and Managing Director of Talaat Moustafa Group Holding emerged as the undisputed leader, ranking seventh overall. His achievement is a testament to his exceptional leadership and strategic acumen, making him one of the most potent real estate leaders in Egypt.
Forbes magazine attributed its choice of businessman Hisham Talaat Moustafa as the top Egyptian real estate leader in its list to his success over more than 40 years in leading Talaat Moustafa Group Holding in developing integrated residential communities such as Madinaty, Al Rehab, Celia, and Noor. It also highlighted his success in entering the Saudi market through the Banan Smart City project spanning 10 million square meters. Additionally, Forbes noted his agreement with ADQ and Madinat Al Iqaria to collaborate on the general development of the Ras El Hekma project in Egypt’s North Coast. Forbes also pointed out Hisham Talaat Moustafa’s success in owning the most extensive portfolio of luxury hotels in Egypt, totaling 15 hotels – after acquiring seven unique hotels – with more than 5,000 rooms.
