To boost the investment potential of its commercial ventures and optimize returns for its clients, El-Batal Development Company has entered into a partnership with JLL Egypt. This collaboration will involve JLL Egypt providing management services for Rock Gold Mall, the inaugural gold and beauty mall in Fifth Settlement. The primary objective of this alliance is to elevate the shopping experience within El-Batal Real Estate Development Company’s commercial developments.
Eng formally executed the contract. Emad Douce, the Chairman and Managing Director of El-Batal Real Estate Development Company, and Professor Ayman Sami, who holds the position of Head at JLL Egypt. Eng attended the signing ceremony.
El-Batal Development expressed that this collaboration aligns with its objective of delivering exceptional management services for Rock Gold Mall and its other commercial projects. This partnership aims to ensure an outstanding experience for visitors and unit owners, ultimately maximizing returns on investment and enhancing the commercial projects’ overall value.
Furthermore, Eng. Douce emphasized that this agreement is intended to encompass the development and management of multiple commercial malls established by El-Batal Development, mainly on Rock Gold Mall in the Fifth Settlement.
In parallel, through this collaboration, JLL Egypt seeks to broaden its portfolio of mall management services and strengthen its presence in the Egyptian market.
