CornerStone Real Estate Development Company Signs Contracts with Mahram Bakhom for Engineering Consultancy and YBA for Architectural Consultancy to Design and Execute The Terraces Project in the New Administrative Capital
CornerStone Real Estate Development Company signed two contracts for engineering consultancy and construction supervision with Mahram Bakhom and YBA – Yasser Elbeltagi for the Terrace project, which is the company’s second project in the New Administrative Capital.
Engineer Ashraf Boulos, Chairman and Managing Director of CornerStone Real Estate Development Company, said that the project includes office spaces, medical clinics, and commercial stores with a variety of spaces starting from 50 square meters. The mall will be built with a ground floor and three floors, each with more than 250 square meters of various services.
Engineer Ashraf Boulos explained that the company uses sustainable materials in the Terrace project and relies on building foundations that ensure the building’s lifespan. The company also provides the highest level of after-sales services to preserve the project’s investment value. He added that the company uses the best consultants in Egypt and the world to execute the project with the highest quality standards in order to provide a distinguished real estate product that meets the needs of customers and preserves its investment value in the long term.
Engineer Ashraf Boulos added that the company had completed more than 70% of the total construction of the Curve project in the New Administrative Capital, according to the agreed schedule. It is scheduled to start delivering the residential units during the first and second quarters of 2025, and the project will be completed in full in 2024.
The The Curve project is one of the first projects launched in R8 district in the New Administrative Capital. It is located in a prime location directly next to the Green River, close to Mohamed bin Zayed Axis, the airport, the Presidential Palace, and the ministries. The project consists of four blocks with 15 buildings, with a built-up area of 100,000 square meters. The project includes a variety of residential units, including duplex apartments and large open-space apartments, with 540 residential units. The company has been able to sell all units of the project.
