Concrete Developments has announced the launch of two new projects in New Cairo City, spanning a combined area of 19,000 square meters. The projects, named “Elén Residence” and “O-yard,” are set to redefine the city’s real estate landscape.
Engineer Mahmoud Hussein, Chairman of Concrete Developments, stated that the growing investment opportunities in the Egyptian real estate market have prompted serious companies to launch strong and distinctive projects that meet customers’ aspirations and needs. During a press conference, Hussein explained that “Elén Residence” is a distinctive residential project occupying 17,000 square meters. It features a residential component, a hotel, and a commercial mall, offering a variety of unit sizes.
The second project, “O-yard,” is a commercial and administrative project with a ground floor and three additional floors. Strategically located on the northern 90th Street near Petro Sport Club, the project covers an area of 2,000 square meters. Designed to provide stunning views for all commercial and administrative units, both projects share a commonality in their prime locations, ensuring optimal returns on investment for customers.
Hussein emphasized that the company is collaborating with strong and distinguished partners to execute these projects, including Arkrite Engineering Consultants, the engineering consultancy firm of Engineer Moharam-Bakhoum, MRP for management and operations, and Mantrac for electromechanical consulting. These renowned entities work alongside Concrete Developments to deliver top-quality real estate projects.
Yahya Khalil, Commercial Sector Manager at Concrete Developments, added that the company offers flexible and distinctive customer payment plans for both projects. The diverse range of unit sizes caters to various needs. In “Elén Residence,” units start from 75 square meters for one-bedroom apartments to 119 square meters for two-bedroom apartments. Three-bedroom units range from 150 to 157 square meters, while four-bedroom units offer options between 219 and 239 square meters. Additionally, “i-Villas” provide spacious options ranging from 240 to 315 square meters. The project also features three swimming pools, three playgrounds, a clubhouse, and a kids’ area.
