Cityscape will bring together key decision-makers to promote the growth of the real estate sector.

Informa Markets, the global leader in organizing exhibitions, has announced the launch date of the largest edition of Cityscape in its 13th edition, which will be held from September 25 to 28 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in New Cairo. Additionally, the ‘Cityscape Egypt 2024’ conference is set to return, serving as the ideal platform that brings together a select group of top real estate investors, decision-makers, and specialized experts to discuss the role of the real estate sector in boosting the national economy amidst the current global challenges.

Cityscape will be held on September 19 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown Cairo, under the theme ‘Egypt’s Real Estate Renaissance: Building the Future of the Sector.’ The conference will highlight the challenges facing developers and the broader real estate community in Egypt. It will also discuss the recovery of the real estate sector in Egypt, the government’s efforts to enhance the sector, and the necessary financing mechanisms for its continuous growth.

The conference will include sessions discussing promising opportunities in the real estate sector in Egypt and the Middle East, how to finance real estate development projects, real estate investment funds, as well as discussing the regulation of real estate brokers and opportunities for land acquisition in Egypt. The panel discussions will also cover investment opportunities in the hospitality and commercial office sectors, technology and digitization in real estate, and sustainability initiatives and green building mechanisms, among other vital topics that impact this promising sector.

For the first time, Cityscape will include the organization of the Egypt Proptech Challenge in collaboration with the PROPTEX accelerator program, which supports startups in digital transformation and real estate technology in the Middle East. Additionally, the Cityscape Talks platform, launched in 2023, will continue its activities on the second and third days, serving as an Egyptian platform for discussion sessions on topics concerning clients to address the main challenges faced by homebuyers and real estate investors.
