What is Forever is Now .03?

Forever is Now, the third edition, is set to take place from 26 October to 18 November 2023 at the Great Pyramids of Giza under the guidance of Art d’Egypte, a promising multi-disciplinary cultural platform. The exhibition is under the auspices of Egypt’s Ministries of Tourism, Culture, and Foreign Affairs, alongside the Egyptian National Commission for UNESCO.

Art d’Egypte Forever is Now .03 Opening

The exhibition opened with a tour for media journalists and professionals, who got a sneak peek at the unique artwork. The proud artists eagerly explained the meaning and methods behind their creations, which were made with a variety of materials, from stone to fiberglass, in an environmentally friendly manner.

What is Forever is Now Exhibition?

‘Forever is Now’ is a contemporary and creative art exhibition organized by Culturvator and Art d’Egypte and established to embrace the talent of the most promising artists and support Egyptian arts and cultural initiatives. 

Twelve artists showcased their work at Forever Is Now in 2022. Several prominent figures attended, including Queen Mother Sofia of Spain, former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, UAE Culture and Youth Minister Noura Al Kaabi, and a delegation of Tate Britain artists.

  • Sam Shendi by The ghost Temple: Focus on the greatness of architectural design of Ancient Egyptian Civilization.
  • Temple by Stephan Breuer: A golden triangle that seems to levitate in space. It’s a piece that showcases a perspective of material elements and spiritual concepts.
  • Lupine Aurora  by Arne Quinze: An interplay between delicacy and robustness of nature.
  • Treasures by Azza Al Qubaisi: The artist employs nature’s elements and earth hues which invites visitors in an inner journey to see their own reflection in its mirrored surfaces.
  •   Inside Out Giza  by JR: This new installation of JR’s Inside Out Photo Booth is a follow-up to the one that was exhibited at the second Forever is Now festival, where it was seen by over 3,600 people.
  • Mirror Gate by Pilar Zeta-Argentina:  This piece of art inspired by the ancient civilization and represents the potential of all things and explores one’s subconscious.
  • Horizon by Costas Varotsos- Greece: The artwork includes eight circles representing the interplay between Nile and Pyramids.
