Arkan Palm Development has announced a strategic partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts to establish the first Holiday Inn Express hotel in Egypt within the Arkan Palm 205 West Cairo project. This collaboration is expected to increase the total number of hotel rooms across IHG’s three hotels within the project to 700, further solidifying the fruitful partnership between Arkan Palm and IHG.
Arkan Palm 205 West Cairo, developed by Arkan Palm for Real Estate Investment in partnership with Arkan, encompasses a diverse mix of residential, commercial, and medical units. The project features luxury apartments on Canal Walk Island, high-end offices and retail centers in 205 Downtown and The Angle, and the Safwa Park natural complex, which houses the largest hospital in West Cairo alongside specialized clinics and medical centers.
On the hospitality front, the project will feature an InterContinental hotel and Voco hotel suites, both managed by IHG as the exclusive hospitality partner. The latest step in this partnership is the establishment of the 200-room Holiday Inn Express West Cairo 205, scheduled to open in 2027. The hotel aims to cater to the needs of all travelers, whether for business or leisure, by providing a range of amenities and comforts.
