Adva Real Estate Development Company has signed a cooperation protocol with EGEC Engineering Consultations to supervise the implementation of the “ADVIDA” project in the new Sheikh Zayed City.
This partnership aims to enhance the quality and safety of project execution, ensuring the highest quality and sustainability standards for the infrastructure. The contract is part of Adva’s strategy to develop projects characterized by the highest quality and sustainability standards to meet customers’ needs.
The contract was signed by Dr. Ahmed El Shennawy, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Adva Real Estate Development Company, and Dr. Ihab Rashid, the Executive Director of EGEC Engineering Consultations.
Dr. Ahmed El Shennawy, Chairman of the Board for Adva Real Estate Development Company, stated that EGEC Engineering Consultations is one of the largest engineering consulting experts in the Egyptian market. He emphasized that this project aligns with the state’s plan and Egypt’s Vision 2030 for urban and civilizational development.
He added that “ADVIDA” is Adva Real Estate Development Company’s first project in the new Sheikh Zayed City, covering an area of 21,000 square meters. The project includes a commercial center spanning 525 square meters and an entertainment area covering 1,500 square meters, making the project comprehensive to suit all customers. “ADVIDA” stands out for its prime location.
After completing the regularization of the land status, he revealed the company’s plan to launch a new project on a 20-acre plot in the new Sheikh Zayed City. This project is expected to be introduced in the second half of this year after completing its design and obtaining ministerial decisions and licenses.
Dr. Ihab Rashid, the Executive Director of EGEC, added that “ADVIDA” is one of the unique and promising projects in Sheikh Zayed City, and the company looks forward to efficiently supervising and executing the project. Moreover, there is anticipation for future collaboration with Adva in other projects, as it is one of the promising companies in Egypt’s real estate development sector.
