AlQamzi Developments has announced a contract with Rebuillion for Projects worth over 700 million Egyptian pounds to execute works on the second and third phases of the Eastshire project, owned by AlQamzi, in New Cairo.

AlQamzi is racing against the clock to complete its ongoing projects, including Eastshire. According to the construction progress, delivery is expected to commence earlier than the contractually specified dates.

Under the contract, Rebuillion will undertake the construction of 178 buildings, including 10 standalone villas and approximately 168 townhouses ranging from 166 to 350 square meters. The contract also includes the execution of concrete works, buildings, external finishes, and an irrigation tank.

Engineer Yasser Zidan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AlQamzi, stated that the company continues to contract with experienced entities to ensure the highest quality standards in project execution and to deliver products that add value to the Egyptian market.

He emphasized that AlQamzi’s strategy in selecting contracting companies is based on previous work, experience, and the efficiency of the team.

He added: “The duration of the works assigned to Rebuillion for Projects in the Eastshire project is one year from the date of the contract. Rebuillion was selected due to its experience in executing major projects in Egypt and in several countries, including Spain, China, and Qatar.”

Raimondo Argeso, Operations Manager at Rebuillion for Projects, confirmed that the company’s primary requirements are to adhere to sustainability standards, the latest technological applications, and occupational health and safety standards.

Dr. Yasser Mohy El-Din, Executive Director of Rebuillion for Projects, emphasized that AlQamzi’s vision aligns with the company’s goals of delivering projects of the highest quality and aims to establish a long-term partnership with AlQamzi.
