Dubai: “Emdad Misr,” the regional branch of the Integrated Facilities Management Group, headquartered in Dubai, has entered into a new service agreement with LMD, the leading Egyptian company in the field of luxury real estate development. This collaboration aims to provide an integrated range of world-class facility management services for two distinguished projects by LMD: the “Stei8ht” project in New Cairo and the “ZOYA Ghazala Bay” project in the North Coast.

Under the agreement, signed by Mr. Abdul Latif Al Mulla, Chairman of the Emdad Group, and Engineer Amr Sultan, CEO of LMD, on the sidelines of the International Conference on Operation and Maintenance in Arab Countries (OmenTech), Emdad Misr’s team will provide integrated facility management services for both projects over a period of three years. They will also have the opportunity to benefit from all the consulting services provided by the company throughout the design and initial development stages.

Commenting on the agreement, Abdul Latif Al Mulla, Chairman of the Emdad Group, said, “Egypt is taking significant steps in the field of urban development on multiple levels, whether through construction, infrastructure, or public facilities. As a regional leader in the facilities management sector, we at Emdad recognize the importance of these developments and are keen to contribute to this progress. Through purposeful partnerships, we also aim to enhance strategic cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and the Arab Republic of Egypt, starting with the initial collaboration between Emdad-Misr and LMD to provide a range of distinguished facility management services that will continue for several years for two of LMD’s ambitious real estate development projects. This expansion into the Egyptian market represents a significant achievement for the Emdad Group as we strive for greater regional expansion in the coming years. We look forward to providing our services as added value and a tangible contribution to LMD’s projects in order to achieve further success.”

On his part, Engineer Amr Sultan, CEO of LMD, expressed his enthusiasm for this important step, saying, “We are confident in the success of our cooperation with Emdad Emirates, and we will work hard to provide the utmost excellence in our services, surpassing all customer expectations and aspirations. We are committed to setting new standards of excellence and luxury in our communities, relying on the extensive experience of LMD and the Emdad Group to enrich our customers’ experiences and enhance the value of our integrated urban communities in all our projects.”

LMD targets the best prime locations for its project development, in addition to its strong interest in collaborating with top specialized entities, such as the Emdad Group, in developing these projects. Emdad Misr will provide integrated facility management services for the Steight project, which is located in one of the best strategic locations in New Cairo. It features an upscale collection of villas that LMD seeks to distinguish while maintaining simplicity at the same time. The project truly represents a place where luxury meets environmentally friendly elements, with 85% of green and open spaces within the project.

And also the Zoya Ghazala Bay project, located in Naama Bay, Sidi Abdel Rahman on the North Coast, features a variety of luxury homes that cater to the clients’ requirements. This vibrant project not only provides a place for upscale living but also stands out with a range of integrated services, retail outlets, and a boutique hotel, in addition to a lively nightlife entertainment area. The project is truly an example of luxury living in every aspect.

It is worth mentioning that LMD and Imdaad Group signed a cooperation agreement since 2022 to raise industry standards in the Egyptian market and provide a distinguished range of services to developers and clients across various companies and industries, including hospitality and retail.
