It has been announced that a dedicated headquarters for the educational institution will be established to manage the Diplomatic District School and the schools that were planned to be developed in the Middle East and Africa.
Engineer Khaled Abbas, the chairman and MD of “New Capital Company for Urban Development,” held a meeting with Paul Smith, the director of Education, and he will officially join in March.
The master plan of the first phase of the New Administrative Capital includes the Diplomatic District, which will house all foreign embassies and diplomatic missions in Cairo. The plan aims to relocate all diplomatic missions from their current locations in various neighborhoods of Cairo to the New Administrative Capital. At the end of last year, the Administrative Capital Company announced that approximately 70% of the available land in the first phase had been sold, with total sales reaching 250 billion Egyptian pounds.
