Gates Developments announced their contribution with DMA as the engineering designer for its coastal project that is being built on an area of 206 acres in Ras El Hikma. The contribution between the two aims to benefit from the expertise of the company in order to provide a new and unique real estate and summer experience.
Gates Development has also signed a land contract for its North Coast project, in partnership with Babic Real Estate Investment Company, the owner of the land. The signing took place in the presence of Eng. Ahmed Abu Al-Nazar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Babik Real Estate Investment Company, Adham Abu Al-Nazar, CEO of Babik Company, and a large number of officials from the two companies.
Hassan Nasr, the CEO of Gates Developments has mentioned that the land is located at a very prominent area at kilometer 200 in Ras El Hikma, expecting that the built-up area to reach 350 thousand square meters and with a total investment of 40 billion EGP.
The company seeks to launch the project in the second quarter of 2024, whilst providing new experiences through the completely different designs carried out by DMA Engineering company. Aiming also to attract foreign investors as the project offers a number of investment opportunities that favour everyone.
The CEO of Gates Developments has also mentioned that the collaboration with DMA company is considered to be a great addition to the company as DMA is a very experienced company in the fields of architecture, engineering, urban planning, interior and structural design, electrical and mechanical engineering.
Hassan Nasr also added that the company is always looking for uniqueness in the light of the presence of distinguishable strategic success partners such as DMA.
