Eng. Ahmed Kadry, the Chairman for SAK Developments mentioned that the company is planning to develop 3 major projects in the New Administrative Capital with investments of 2 billion Egyptian pounds.
Kadry also shared the recent updates for SAK’s projects. Mentioning that the excavation operations for “TheV Hub” project have been successfully completed, mentioning that the project is built on an area of 7,500 meters with a ground height and 3 recurring floors, explaining that the project consists of a plot of land allocated for a commercial activity, two administrative floors, and a hotel floor. With a total building area exceeding 11 thousand meters.
He continued that “Elite” which is a partnership project with “Landmark” that consists of two administrative, commercial, and hotel buildings on an area of 6,000 meters, in addition to a roof area, two basements and garages. Construction for “Elite” has been completed with 75%, and the concrete structure for the buildings are done.
He also stated that for the third project “Sueno” which is one of SAK Development’s residential projects, the company has begun delivering the first two phases for the project, with a total delivery rate of 50%. Adding that the construction has exceeded 85% with the finished and landscaping for the project to be fully delivered by the end of 2024.
He also stated that the company has a different strategy in its management of its commercial and administrative projects, which focuses on providing distinct and rare services and projects to all customers while still maintaining the highest return on investment. And that was implemented on the “Mall The V Hub” that should hold multiple global brands. The agreement is done with such brands through “Franchise” contract in order to ensure the delivery of high quality products.
