Midar Company for investment and urban development has announced recently that they are planning to invest 20 billion pounds in the Egyptian real estate market over the next 5 years. The managing director and CEO of Midar, Eng. Ayman El Qusi stated that investments worth 11 billion pounds were pumped by the end of the previous year, 2022, and the company plans to pump 5 billion more during the current year, through various projects and investments. 

Ayman added during the conference held that Mostakbal City now holds 14 residential project, and 5 educational institutions and commercial and administrative projects. He also added that the company is proud to be one of the leading real estate companies in the country.

Midar for Investment and Urban Development is launched to be an extension of El Mostakbal for Urban Development company, one of the largest urban real estate companies specalizing in the development of integrated modern and residential and entertaining cities.

Midar for investment and urban development’s ownership comprises of major financial entities in Egypt which are Banque Misr, the National Bank of Egypt, Misr Capital Company, one of the investment arms of Banque Misr, the National Investment Bank. As well as a selection of the best Egyptian figure working in the field of urban development that all enjoy prestigious records of achievements in this field both within and outside Egypt.
