AlQamzi Developments announced the achievement of 9 billion Egyptian pounds in contractual sales in the past months of 2023. 8 billion pounds of the balance has been achieved since the launching of Seazen North Coast, representing 30% of the project’s total sales.
Engineer Yasser Zidan, Chairman of AlQamzi Developments, said that the company generated 1 billion during its participation in Cityscape 2023, which took place from 20 to 23 Sep at Egypt International Exhibition Center.
Zidan also announced the implementation of residential units with diverse areas in the Seazen project. The company collaborated with Dar Al Memar Group and then signed a construction contract worth 500 million pounds for the project’s first phase.
The Seazen project is located in North Coast, at KM 170. It spans an area of 204 acres in the Al Dabaa region, with total investments in the project amounting to 14 billion pounds.
